PsychSA will deliver all your medical aid accounts to the medical schemes, BY HAND, nationwide …. within 4 working days. You receive back a proof of submission for each claim, which has been stamped by the relevant medical aid.
DO YOU CLAIM ELECTRONICALLY (via EDI)?
We recommend this service for all your non-EDI accounts and 60-120 day accounts. Note that there are certain medical aids from whom you cannot claim electronically. You will receive a discount on our normal courier fees.

Your claims/accounts will be picked up from your practice on Mondays or Tuesdays. You will receive your proofs of submission (from the medical aids) on the following pick-up.

You can send your claims/accounts via courier or post to our offices in Pretoria . Your claims/accounts must reach us on or before a Tuesday. Please contact us regarding making use of a courier – we recommend using our current courier company who is very, very affordable.

- 1 pick-up/month R 300,00 p/month
- 2 pick-ups/month R 570,00 p/month
- Weekly pick-up R1000,00 p/month
